7 Echoes
About 7 Echoes
One question. One answer. Seven echoes.
7 Echoes is built around one question a day.
First, you answer it yourself. Only then can you open up to seven anonymous answers from other people who answered the same question. We call them Echoes.
There is no feed, no likes, no followers and no endless content.
One question. One answer. Seven Echoes. Then tomorrow.
What 7 Echoes is
Not a social network and not a public diary. A short daily practice: a question, an honest answer, and a few other voices answering the same thing.
How it works
One question appears each local calendar day. You answer in writing and may add up to three emoji. After you submit, Echoes become available — up to seven anonymous answers. Once the day is closed, the question is not shown again: the next one arrives tomorrow.
Why one question
The project deliberately does not offer an endless list. A question sometimes needs room. That is why you cannot move straight to the next one.
Why seven Echoes
After saying something personal, complete silence can feel unfinished. Other answers provide human context. They are not advice, judgement, recommendations or votes — simply other voices answering the same question. The seven-Echo limit keeps the experience from turning into an infinite feed.
What an Echo is
An Echo is an anonymous answer submitted by another visitor. Three conditions are required: the visitor explicitly allowed publication, the answer passed moderation, and it was approved for Echo publication.
Echoes contain no public usernames, profiles, email addresses or direct communication. Animal symbols are temporary visual identities only.
Anonymity
Registration is not required. Anonymous visitors are identified technically in order to preserve the daily question, avoid repetition, enforce daily limits and restore the current session. Details are in the privacy policy.
Private history
If you want to keep your answers, you can optionally save history. Email is only required for that optional feature. Sign-in uses a one-time link, with no password. There is no public profile, and history stays private.
Moderation
Your own answer may discuss any topic. Echo publication is moderated, and permission does not guarantee that an answer becomes an Echo. Moderation exists to prevent spam, personal data exposure, abuse, and harmful or inappropriate public content.
18+
7 Echoes is intended only for people aged 18 or older. See the Terms for details.
What 7 Echoes is not
It is not therapy, medical advice, psychological diagnosis or crisis support. It is not a social network, an anonymous chat, a dating service or a public diary.
Privacy
We collect as little as possible and do not sell data. Details are in the privacy policy.
